Reporting to the Sales Area Manager, the candidate will be in charge of the following main missions: 向區域銷售經理匯報,主要有以下職責:
Develop the customers Network and business volume of the company on the assigned area by: 通過以下方式,建立客戶網絡及完成本區域的銷售任務。 - Visiting property developers, Architects , Design Offices, in view to facilitate the specification of the company brands and products. 通過拜訪房產商、建筑師和設計院等將公司產品列入其設計說明。
- Suggest to the Architects and design Offices Architectural Aluminium solutions in view to reply to the concept design and expected budget price. 向建筑師和設計院等提供解決方案,以實現其概念設計和初期的預算。
- Follow up the identified projects from the specification until the tender stage supporting the customer’s offers 配合客戶跟蹤有效項目直到完成投標工作。
- Report of the visits activity, targets achievement, market information in view to optimize all the business opportunities and deliver the expected services to the customers. 匯報客戶拜訪和任務完成情況,收集市場信息以抓住銷售機會,向客戶提供支持和服務。
Qualification: 學歷要求 - Bachelor degree - 本科以上
Personal Skills: 個人技能要求 - Familiar with architectural drawing and software like AutoCad, photoshop and other office software. - 熟悉繪圖軟件如AutoCad, Photoshop等,以及常用辦公軟件 - Good for PPT presentations and developed abilities as Public relations. - 善于使用PPT或其他演示工具,有良好的公關能力。 - English speaking and writing will be an appreciated plus. - 能熟練讀寫英文,口語流利者優先。 - Willing to travel in North China. - 愿意在北方出差。 - Aggressive and self motivated. - 富于挑戰精神和主動意識。
Experience required for this position: 經驗要求: - At least 3 years experience as sales within building activity with a preference given on windows, facades domain. - 3年以上建筑相關領域的銷售經驗,有門窗幕墻行業經驗者優先。 - Have chased and finished some projects. - 有成功的項目經驗。
