Responsibility: 職責: Based on the Hydro building Systems knowledge the candidate will acquire with the two Aluminium Systems brands offered by the company, the candidate will be in charge of the main following tasks and responsibility: 基于海德魯建筑系統的知識,熟知公司兩個品牌的產品。主要負責的工作和職責:
- To train customer’s workers of the fabrication process and quality control approach related with the company Aluminium Systems either on the customer factories or in our training Centre. - 在客戶的工廠或我們的培訓中心,對客戶的工人進行相關產品的加工流程和質量控制培訓
- For specified projects, to train the customer’s workers on site for the installation securing that process and quality results are on line with Hydro standards. - 對于特殊的項目,在施工現場對客戶的工人進行培訓,以保證施工流程和質量滿足海德魯的產品標準。
- To inspect the regular customer’s fabrication and installation quality from time to time being sure that the standards followed are on line with Hydro recommendations. - 不定期對客戶的加工和安裝質量進行檢查,以保證所有標準滿足海德魯公司的要求。
- To train customer’s to operate by themselves utilizing the Hydro specific software for quoting and designing, developing step by step the complete customer’s ability with all our product applications. - 培訓客戶通過使用海德魯的專用軟件,自行完成報價、設計工作。逐步發展并使客戶完全具備應用海德魯產品的能力。

Qualifications : 要求: - Bachelor of Mechanical speciality. - 機械工程專業本科畢業 - Excellent reading and written English skill, CET-6 Certificate, skilful oral will be preferred. - 能熟練讀寫英文,大學英語6級,口語流利者優先。 - Excellent skill in AutoCAD, office. - 能熟練使用AutoCAD和Office等軟件。
Experience required for this position: 相關經驗要求: - An experience of 5 years of Aluminium building products made on windows, facades Metal Builders factories with a full personal involvement on the fabrication and installation processes is essential for this position. - 在幕墻門窗公司5年以上相關工作經驗,尤其要求親自參與過加工和安裝等工作。 - Demonstrated management skills with workers. - 有能夠給工人指導和演示的能力。 - Patient personality with real teacher spirit. - 有真正老師的耐心工作態度 - Availability for frequent trips in China. - 適應經常性的國內出差
